Photo

Photography has been my favorite form of artistic expression for years. It may seem paradoxical, as I am less interested in capturing reality than in exploring abstract motifs and intriguing compositions, where colors and shapes create an interesting distribution.

Yet, I am often captivated by the play of light in urban landscapes, inspired by the magnificence of nature, or moved by the beauty of a fleeting moment.

Transition

The former site of the racecourse situated in the Sonian Forest (Brussels) was to become a new model of active leisure park.Transition, an eight month photo project, offers a personal view of the site, summed up in a book made of eight series. All pictures have been taken between Septembre 2016 and April 2017.

Five series have been selected for this porfofio, with a selection of pictures for each one.

Serie I proposes an imaginary walk of a photographer who would have known the racecourse in the past century.
